KMA’s Indebtedness Reduced To GH¢54,190,458.93- Mayor The total indebtedness of GH¢54,190,458.93 of the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA) continues to plague management in spite of efforts to reduce it by GH¢9,609,541.07) representing 15.06% of the total debt recorded in 2017. The debt includes an IGF debt of GH¢1,358,459.66; District Assemblies Common Fund GH¢3,090,508.76; Waste Management GH¢49,741,490.51).
