Joe Ghartey Calls For Decongestion Of Prisons Over COVID-19 Presidential candidate aspirant of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Joe Ghartey, is pushing for the decongestion of Prisons across Ghana to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus.
