The government will provide all the needed support to the Office of Registrar of Companies (ORC) to acquire permanent offices in all the regions of the country. ORC Extends Deadline For Filing Annual Returns And Renewals To September 30

The Office of the Registrar of Companies (ORC) has extended the grace period for the filing of annual returns and renewals to September 30, 2023.
