Team Ghana has withdrawn from Friday’s 4x100m relay heats at the ongoing World Athletics Championships after two members of the team picked up injuries during their individual events on Wednesday. Western Texas College student, James Dadzie, has set a new national record in the men’s 200m event with a blistering 19.79s (+1.3m/s) run at the Crofoot Shootout in Lubbock, Texas on Saturday night.
