Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta will be meeting the Independent Power Producers (IPPs) over their threat to cut power supply due to non-payment of their arrears. Pay The Independent Power Producers; We Can’t Afford Power Cuts – Jantuah Tells Finance Minister

Energy Expert Mr Kwame Jantuah has told the Finance Minister to pay the Independent Power Producers (IPPs) what is due them to enable them to continue to supply power. IPPs Notify Finance Ministry To Cut Power Supply By July 1, 2023

Brace for dumsor in the coming days if the government is unable to pay at least 30% of over $1.4billion owed to power producers by the close of this month.
