Head Of Local Gov't Service Not Astound By More Persons Filed For MMDCEs Positions Head of Local Government Service, Dr. Nana Ato Arthur, says he is not surprised about the chunk of persons who have applied to contest the Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Chief Executives (MMDCEs) positions.
