Hon. J. Paul Oetken, a US District Court Judge, has granted a request from Fast Law, the lawyers of jailed Ghanaian influencer Mona Faiz Montrage, also known as Hajia4Reall, for her passport to be released. The directive is to help facilitate Hajia4Reall’s self-deportation proceedings to Ghana upon completion of her sentence at the FDC Philadelphia facility. On November 1, 2024, lawyers for Mona Faiz Montrage requested her passport as part of an earlier judgment.
