The “Boosting Green Employment and Enterprise Opportunities in Ghana (GrEEn)” project has ended with over 2,370 jobs created and about 190,000 people benefiting, for improved livelihoods. The €20.6 million joint project by the European Union (EU), the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) aimed at addressing the root causes of irregular migration by creating climate-resilient economic and employment opportunities, particularly for the youth, women and returning migrants.
