Government Provides ¢1m Support To Combat Human Trafficking Government has released ¢1 million to the Human Trafficking Fund to help combat the menace in the country. Cynthia Maamle Morrison, the Gender Minister said her outfit has over the past three and half years organised community sensitization and dialogues to create awareness on human trafficking and irregular migration. Addressing journalists at the ‘Meet-the-Press’ series in Accra on Wednesday, she said the Ministry had held durbars in traditional areas where 75 traditional leaders pledged their support to combat the menace.
