The Ghana Water Company Limited (GWCL) in the Western Region has taken 28 defaulting customers in the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolis to court, for failing to pay water bills, totalling GH¢327,579.39. The defaulters included hotels, churches, government institutions, transport companies, private indi­viduals and residential customers.
