Hohoe United Football Club will replace Liberty Professionals in Ghana’s Division One League after they successfully acquired Liberty’s slot in the competition. On Tuesday, Liberty Professionals confirmed the club’s change of business operation, withdrawing from competing at the top level of Ghana’s football and to now focus on being some sort of an “academy”, developing players from grassroots with no focus on qualifying to the top divisions.
