The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Ga West, Honourable Clement Wilkinson, has debunked allegations that the sharing of Laptops to SHS students by the NPP government, is to buy their votes. He opined that if there's anything that should be described as vote buying, then it was the laptops that were shared during the erstwhile Mahama's administration.
