Electoral Commission Mourns With Rawlings Over Mother’s Demise The Chairperson of the Electoral Commission of Ghana, Madam Jean Mensa, also led a delegation from the Commission to console former President Rawlings and his family on Thursday. Madam Mensa extended the condolences of the Commission and described Madam Agbotui’s life as one that was well-lived and worthy of celebration.
