Dualization

A member of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) Paul Amaning has pleaded with government to speed up efforts to dualize the Accra Kumasi- Tamale and Accra-Cape-coast roads. This comes on the back of a fatal accident at Gomoa Okyereko on the Accra-Cape coast road that claimed 16 lives, leaving 40 others injured. He suggested that, if possible, the roads could be dualized by a private developer who will introduce tolls on the road to reclaim his investment.
