The Chief Executive Officer (CEO), of the National Entrepreneurship Innovation Program (NEIP) Dr. Kofi Ofosu Nkansah, has charged the youth to take ownership of the Youstart programme, for them to become the next big millionaires. He noted that it is a direct investment Government is making in their future to enable them to implement the enterprising business ideas they have but cannot implement because they lack capital, access to market and funding.
