The Ghana Premier League (GPL) saw disturbing scenes at some of its match centres over the weekend during the sixth round. The Dr Kwame Kyei Sports Complex suffered heavily as fans vandalised the seats at the stadium during Nations FC's 2-2 draw with Asante Kotoko. After the home team was handed a penalty late in the game, the visiting team's supporters ripped parts of the stadium's seats off.
