Dr Jethro Wilbert Brooks, the Acting Vice-Chancellor, Regional Maritime University (RMU), says maintaining a vibrant national economy requires attention to the maritime sector. He said stakeholders needed to coordinate and communicate in ways that promoted maritime security and governance.
