Officials of the Independent Corrupt Practices and other Related Offences Commission, (ICPC) has detained singer Oladapo Oyebanji aka D’banj over allegations of fraudulently diverting monies earmarked by the Federal government for N-Power project, an empowerment program set up by the Nigerian government in 2016 to address youth unemployment and increase social development.
