COVID-19: Ghana Records 696 New Infections; Active Cases Hit 6,086 Ghana has recorded 696 new COVID-19 cases. This brings the country’s active case count to 6,086. Additionally, nine new deaths have also been recorded pushing the death toll 440. The confirmed cases now stand at 69,255 This was captured on the Ghana Health Service’s COVID-19 dashboard. The Greater Accra, Ashanti, Western, Eastern, and Central Regions continue to lead with the highest rate of infections.
