Court To Rule On Achimota-Rastafarian Student Case May 31 The Human Rights Division of the Accra High Court presided over by Justice Gifty Agyei Addo has fixed May 31, 2021, to determine the case filed by Rastafarian student Tyrone Marghuy against the Achimota School board and three others. This was after the parties in the case have argued their case in Court in the substantive matter where the applicant is asking for the enforcement of his rights to education.
