Court Sentences Self-Employed To Be Of Good Behaviour

The Jasikan Circuit Court has convicted a 19-year-old, self-employed, Attah Prosper Yaw, to sign a bond to be of good behaviour for two years for stealing a 35-kilogram bag of dried cocoa beans. Attah would serve three years imprisonment in default on the bond. The Court also ordered the accused person to refund GH¢800 being the value of the bag of dried beans to the complainant.
