Court Grants GH¢100000 Bail To A Businessman

An Accra Circuit Court has granted a GH¢100,00.00 bail with two sureties to a 40-year-old businessperson who allegedly forged documents to sell a vehicle he did not own. Yanick Dela-Dem, the accused, was said to have forged the document covering a Mercedes Benz GL utility vehicle, sold it, and transferred ownership to the buyer. The court presided over by Evelyn Asamoah, adjourned the case to May 16, 2023.
