One person has been confirmed dead following the collapse of a 3-storey building at Nmai Dzorn, near Ashaley Botwe, in the Greater Accra Region. The deadly disaster happened on Thursday with rescue operations said to have located the body of the deceased on Friday, May 5. It is unclear what caused the building’s collapse but eye witnesses said there were workers in there when it occurred. One other person, who escaped from the rubble, was rushed to the hospital.
