The Ashanti regional Chairman of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) has challenged the Coalition of Domestic Election Observers (CODEO) to provide evidence of vote buying by the NPP during the Assin North by-election. The man described as an election winning machine (Chairman wontumi) told CODEO to exhibit neutrality in their reports rather than taking sides.
