Former Ghana captain, John Mensah, has expressed confidence in the new Black Stars head coach, Chris Hughton. Mensah is backing the former Newcastle United and Brighton manager to do an excellent job as head coach of the four-time African champions. Hughton was appointed as the new Ghana boss at the start of February to replace Otto Addo, who stepped aside after the Black Stars exited the 2022 World Cup at the group stage.
