Minority Leader Cassiel Ato Forson has been ordered by the high court to file his witness statements by 4 May 2023 in the case in which he is accused to have caused financial loss to the state in the procurement of some ambulances while he was a deputy minister of finance. Former Member of Parliament for Ekumfi and former Deputy Food and Agriculture Minister, Francis Ato Cudjoe, has rendered an unqualified apology to the Minority leader in Parliament, Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson. This comes after the former had alleged that the latter was among the few NDC MPs who voted for the Trade and Industry minister, K.T.
