Caprice Robbery: Accused Plead Not Guilty To Charges

Four out of the five accused persons arrested in connection with the Caprice robbery incident in Accra have pleaded not guilty to the charges levelled against them. The four suspects are: Prince Anthony Chiobi, Izichuku Igwenagu, Martin Ahamafula and Emmanuella Chinwetalu. All five have been charged with conspiracy to commit robbery and robbery. Godfred Chukubuka, aka Caleb, one of the accused persons, who is now a serving convict, was not brought to court hence his plea was not taken. Caprice Robbery: Police Arrest One, Kills Two

Police have arrested one suspect in connection with Friday, December 9’s robbery at Caprice in Accra. According to the police, two of the robbers were also shot dead following a shoot-out with officers when they were confronted in their hideout.
