Senior research fellow at the Kumasi Technical University (KTU) Dr Smart Sarpong, has said that it is completely clear in the political space and within NPP that most of the candidates in the presidential race are not serious in their campaign and are likely not to make it to the top 5 in the super delegates conference come August 26.
