Ghana Premier League champions Medeama Sporting Club would have to look elsewhere for their home games in the CAF Champions League after the Cape Coast Stadium was rejected. Medeama submitted the Cape Coast Stadium and the yet-to-be-completed T&A Stadium as their home venues for the 2023/24 season following their qualification to the group stage.
