Former Ghana Football Association (GFA) President Kwesi Nyantakyi has been cleared of all charges by an Accra High Court, bringing an end to a five-year legal battle. The court’s decision was influenced by the prosecution’s inability to produce evidence, despite initially listing five witnesses. None of the witnesses were called to testify.
