Akufo-Addo To Inaugurate Hospitals Under Agenda 111 Today

President Nana Akufo-Addo will inaugurate several hospital projects today, December 5, 2024, under the flagship Agenda 111 initiative. The facilities set for commissioning include the Atwima Kwanwoma Municipal Hospital at Trede and the Oforikrom Municipal Hospital, both in the Ashanti Region. Akufo-Addo will also be expected to commission the Okere, Jumapo and Kwabeng Hospitals all in the Eastern region as well as the Ahanta West in the Western region. The facilities are part of a broader plan to construct 111 districts and specialised hospitals nationwide. A/R: Gov’t Terminates Appointments Of 3 Agenda 111 Contractors

The government has terminated the contracts of three contractors working on the Agenda 111 hospital projects in the Ashanti region. The contractors were working on the projects sited at Kunsu in the Ahafo Ano South-West District, Manso Adubia in the Amansie South District, Nsuta in the Sekyere Central District of the Ashanti Refgion.
