KCARP, Africa's Largest Recycling Plant Becomes Fully Operational Ghana made history last year when the Kumasi Compost and Recycling Plant (KCARP) the largest in Africa was inaugurated to receive and recycle municipal solid waste in Kumasi and its environs.
