3 Children Drown In Pond At Tuba Hills Three children have drowned in a pond created by sand winners at Akwasa Hills near Tuba in the Ga South Municipality of the Greater Accra Region. According to reports, the children were playing with their bicycles in the area when they fell into the dugout. However, they could not make their way out of the opening filled with water. The deceased are 12-year-old Elisha Adu and his 9-year-old brother, Samuel Adjei Mensah aka Tawiah and one other, Isaac Amoah, 8.
