The Managing Director (MD) of State Housing Company (SHC), Kwabena Ampofo Appiah, has revealed that the '1 district 1 housing project' of the ruling Government is still in the pipeline. "Government is set to construct its district housing projects of about 400 units in the villages which wouldn't be sold but for rent.
