CODEO Deploys Over 4,000 Observers Nationwide For Election 2020 The Coalition of Domestic Election Observers (CODEO) has deployed more than 4,000 observers for today’s [Monday, December 7, 2020] general elections. These observers will be stationed at all 275 constituencies across the 16 regions of the country. CODEO at the media engagement on Sunday said, 1,502 of the number are deployed as Parallel Vote Tabulation (PVT) observers.
