The Bono regional Chairman for the New Patriotic Party, has warned former Minister for Lands and Natural Resources, Hon. Asomah-Cheremeh, to stop reporting him to media owners in an attempt to gag him from speaking on his failed fight against illegal mining.
According to the Bono regional Chairman popularly known as Abronye, the former Minister has tried severally to silence him and limit his presence on radio and tv as a way to hide corruption related matters that occurred when he was appointed.
“You are into galmasey, you go to radio and tv stations just to report me by telling media owners to stop me from talking about you and your works… You have chosen to love houses more than clean and portable water…. Your attempt to slap me with culture of silence won’t work”, Abronye warned.

He ended by attributing the shortfalls of the NPP in last year’s elections to the damage Mr. Asomah-Cheremeh did as Minister of Lands and Natural Resources.
“NPP’s weakness is as a result of your galamsey activities. You are into the galamsey business with another NPP national executive. I will expose him too soon”, he forewarned.
