Staunch NDC Foot Soldier Receives Rousing Welcome As He Crosses Carpet To NPP
A popular foot soldier in the NDC at Asawasi , Mutala Mohammed widely known as Prince Akuter, has received a rousing welcome from some NPP staunch supporters for defecting to the NPP.
One of the staunch NPP supporters, Prince Kumi, who welcomed Prince Akuter into the fold of the NPP said that, he is glad the NDC foot soldier “has seen the light because when you’re with the NDC it’s like you are in the darkness.”
“Maxi The Car Dealer”, as Mr. Kumi is fondly called was sharing his thoughts on Wontumi Radio and TV on Friday following the defection of Prince Akuter. .
He said that, NDC can’t deceive Ghanaians all the time because they are now discerned.
According to Maxi The Car Dealer, it has become a norm for some ardent NDC supporters to cross carpet to join the NPP in every year election year.
“On the eve of the 2016 elections Awal Mohammed also a pillar in NDC’s grass roots moibilization crossed carpet to the NPP thus attracting special blessings from Chairman Wontumi.” He recalled.
He noted that, it is not easy for a Zongo person to cross carpet to join the NPP, “you need God’s protection and blessings”
Maxi the car dealer called on Ghanaians to” shine their eyes” because the NDC knows of the massive achievements of the government but will still continue to throw dust into the people’s eyes.
“NDC is a party that thinks about their own benefit. All they know is to create, loot and share.” Maxi the car dealer told Oheneba Nana Asiedu, host of Wontumi Radio and TV Morning Show.
