Mona 4Real shocked many when she was announced as the uncovered artiste of the year at the fifth edition of the Ghana Music Awards UK.
This year’s edition came off at the plush Royal Regency in the United Kingdom on Saturday, October 9th, 2021.
Mona was competing with Tiisha, Oseikrom Sikani, Malcolm Nuna, Ohemaa Eunice, Kwame Yogot, Naana Blu, Nautyca, Emelia Brobbey, Nanky, Heartman and Luciyar, for the bragging right as uncovered Artiste of the Year.
As shocking as it may seem, she was announced the winner on the night.
Notable Ghanaian artistes such as rapper Medikal, Fameye, Kweku Darlington, Kofi Jamar, Gyakie, Mzbel, and many others thrilled Music lovers at the Ghana Music Awards UK with stunning performances.
