Roma manager Jose Mourinho was booed at the San Siro ahead of their 3-1 defeat to AC Milan on Sunday.
Leandro Paredes opened the scoring from the penalty spot for the visitors, but goals from Yacine Adli, Olivier Giroud and Theo Hernandez turned the game around.
The result, which leaves Roma in ninth place, heaps more pressure on Mourinho.
Mourinho was not in the dugout for the match as he was serving a touchline ban after receiving a red card in each of their last two games.
Yet he was still booed when he appeared on the big screen at the San Siro, as he watched on from the stands.
Mourinho’s contract expires in June and the former Chelsea and Real Madrid boss is expected to leave the Italian capital between now and then.
