Dancehall artiste Samini had the rare opportunity of performing for the first gentleman of Ghana as he thrilled President Akufo-Addo at an event on Wednesday.
Samini performed the campaign song, ‘Kpoyaka’ he composed for the president and New Patriotic Party (NPP) ahead of December 7 elections.
The singer performed at the unveiling of the statue of the former Member of Parliament (MP) for Ablekuma South Constituency, the late Theresa Amerley Tagoe, at Dansoman, Accra.
Samini is one of the first celebrities to publicly endorse the president for a second term.
