Private legal practitioner, Maurice Ampaw, has thrown down the gauntlet before forces behind #FixTheCountry group, stating that President Akufo-Addo alone can’t fix the country.
The lawyer in an interview on Wontumi TV which was monitored by Wontumionline.com, stated that fixing the country, it is a collective responsibility and not one that should be left solely in the hands of the President.
“If you tell the President to fix the country alone, he can’t do it. Look at his age; he is almost 80 years. He can’t do it because it doesn’t take one person to do it”, he advised.
He therefore called on all Ghanaians to come on board and support President Akufo-Addo and his government succeed in fixing issues which needs to be fixed.
“We all have to come on board and do it” he said and advised the youth to start being responsible in their personal lives.
He claimed that there were a lot of irresponsible youth in Ghana who are yet to fix their lives but are loud pursuing the #fixthecountry which is a political agenda by the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
