Posterity Will Never Forget Akufo-Addo For His Massive Achievements- Bia West DCE Lauds
District Chief Executive of Bia West, Hon. John Koah, has heaped praises on President Akufo-Addo for the total transformation of Bia West.
According to him, due to the enormous achievements of Nana Akufo-Addo, posterity will never forget him.
Speaking on Wontumi Radio and TV’s Election 2020 flagship programme on Thursday, Hon. Koah showcased some of the transformatonal projects that can be credited to Nana Akufo-Addo’s administration.
The impressive projects include, the construction of a 3 unit classroom block at Kwametawiahkrom which has an interesting story behind it..
Throwing more light on the construction of the Kwametawiahkrom classroom block, Hon. Koah disclosed that, for a long time the old dilapidated school provided a sanctuary for goats who would not leave the classrooms even when classes were in session. The children were therefore compelled to learn with goats but the construction of the 3 unit classroom block did provide the magic. They left voluntarily,
Besides, the constrution the school at Kwametawiahkrom the construction of a 6 Unit classroom block is ongoing at New Nsuatre and Tepakrom,
Other achievements of Hon. Koah are;
Completion of 3 unit teachers accomodation at Nana Asiamah JHS.
Construction of 6 Unit classroom block at Gyesewobre.
First Lady’s library at Debiso cluster of schools.
Distribution of 1000 pieces of dual desks to schools in the area
Distribution of 600 pieces of bicycles to pupils at Yawmatwa.
Installation of computers in 3 schools
Construction of 1 unit nurses quarters at Essam.
Completion of CHPS compound at Osei Kojokrom
Renovation of Isolation Center at Essam
Completion of Magistrate court at Debiso.
