Day two of the Monitoring & Evaluation Secretariat (MES) workshop for focal persons on the government flagship program in Kumasi has ended.
The focus of day two was on presentation on some flagship programs like GRF- Railway Development, Special Development Initiative One District One Factory, and Education.
The presentations for the Coastal Fish Landing sites were executed by Mavis and Godwin Gadikor presented the Railways Development.
Emmanuel Asare took the turn of the Ministry of Education.
For the One District One Factory, Ofori Asante did the presentation.
Special Development Initiative presentation was also done by Felix Kwamena Asmah.
Speaking exclusively with Nana Owusu Achiaw the Moderator, Hon. William Sabi said the session has been fruitful.
Hon. William Sabi said the session was full of practical presentations.
He indicated that the M&ES is seeking to build a capacity of staff at the various agencies.
He asserted that the M&ES workshop will help reduce the cost of burden the government incurs on the various flagship programs.
Hon. William Sabi stressed that MES is a tool for fighting against corruption.
