The Director of Communications at the Office of the President, Mr. Eugene Arhin has donated several items to support the campaign of the newly elected Parliamentary candidate for the Mfantseman constituency.

The items which were presented to the PC for Mfantseman constituency Mrs. Ophelia Hayford, included 100,000 posters, 2,000 T-shirts, and 10 motorbikes.

Mr. Arhin used the occasion to call on Ghanaians to give President Akufo-Addo as well as his Parliamentary candidates a resounding victory in the 2020 election noting that “We, in the NPP, must not only ensure a resounding victory for President Akufo-Addo on 7th December, but we must also strengthen our grip even further on the Legislative arm of Government”.

In a Facebook post which was cited by Wontumionline.com, Mr. Arhin further wrote:

I was in the Mfantseman constituency on Saturday, 31st October, to support the campaign of the NPP’s parliamentary candidate for that constituency, Mrs. Ophelia Hayford. Amongst others, I presented 100,000 posters, 2,000 T-shirts, and 10 motorbikes to the constituency. I was supported in this by the NPP’s Regional Chairman, Mr. Robert Kutin; the Regional Secretary, Richard Takyi-Mensah; the Regional Organiser, Percy Quaicoe; and the Regional Youth Organiser, Anthony Sackey.

I have undertaken similar gestures of support to the campaigns of the NPP’s parliamentary candidate for Awutu Senya West, Hon. George Andah; and to the NPP’s parliamentary candidate for Ledzokuku, Hon. Dr. Bernard Oko Boye.

We, in the NPP, must not only ensure a resounding victory for President Akufo-Addo on 7th December, but we must also strengthen our grip even further on the Legislative arm of Government, to, in the words of the President, “enable us to do four more years of advancing the peace, progress and prosperity of our nation for you.”
