The winning team for the New Patriotic Party in the 2024 election has formed by a group which identifies itself as the Bawus.
The group in a poster forwarded to Wontumionline.com declared that together with Vice President Bawumia, the party’s Ashanti Regional Chairman, Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako and Ghana’s Ambassador to China, Mr. Edward Boateng the party would win the nest elections.
The Bawus which has the slogan No Bend! No Curve!!! tipped Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako popularly known as Chairman Wontumi to be maintained due to the vital role he played during the 2016 and 2020 general elections.
They also pointed out that the financial contributions of Mr. Edward Boateng has helped the party a lot in times of difficulties and his business mindset qualifies him to be the next National Chairman for the NPP.
In eulogizing Mr. Edward Boteng, they stated that he is the ultimate and befitting choice amongst others to replace Chairman Blay because in the NPP’s quest to break the 8, they need a business tycoon who is abreast in political party management to be paired with Chairman Wontumi of Ashanti Region to merge resources to break the 8.
