P-Square Divorce – Anita Okoye Demands $15,000 Monthly Payment From Paul

Soon to be ex-wife of Paul Okoye, Anita, is demanding $15,000 monthly as spousal support in their divorce battle.

More details of their divorce proceedings are now emerging, showing the usual demands from a wife in these sorts of battles.

According to their leaked court papers, Anita wants the $15,000 figure as support for herself and their three kids who stay with her in the United States of America.

Portions of the divorce filing reveals Anita is demanding “payment of a monthly maintenance sum of $15,000.00 (US Dollars) for the general welfare, education and health of the three children of the union who are presently in schools in the United States of America until they are of age,”

Raising children in the U.S is definitely no child’s play which is why Anita is making this demand.

The payments would presumably stop once the kids turn 18 and perhaps Anita would only receive a small alimony sum then based on what the court decides.

The couple, who got married in 2014, have three kids aged 8, 4 and 4 (twins).

Paul Okoye of P-Square fame and his wife Anita’s previously smooth marriage came to an abrupt stop yesterday, August 20th 2021 when news broke that she had filed for divorce.

As we reported, Anita filed for separation, citing ‘irreconcilable differences.

The couple had been married since 2014, and prior to that had been dating for about 10 years.

They’ve reportedly known each other since their university days.

However, their marriage has been trending in the wrong direction recently ending at this sad place.

According to the Vanguard Nigeria website: “A source close to the couple confirmed that both parties will proceed amicably with the legal resolution and be the best co-parents in the interest of their children.

“The source also said that Paul and Anita have always been very good friends and like every couple they have had issues for a while but plan to remain on good terms and keep the friendship they have always had since their days as university students.”
