Madam Frances Awurabena Asiam, is appealing to the Office of the Special Prosecutor to immediately invite Kennedy Agyapong and interrogate him over allegations that someone attempted to bribe him with $800 million to stepdown from the New Patriotic Party’s presidential primary.
In a one-on-one interview with Isaac Oteng on Wontumi Radio, Accra, Frances Asiam made it clear that the allegations Kennedy Agyapong can never be true and shows his hatred for the NPP.
Kennedy Agypong, who is the Member of Parliament for Assin Central alleged that he was offered $800M by some party bigwigs to step down from the race for the Vice President.
But Frances Asiam classified his allegations as “sign of immaturity” and urged NPP delegates not to vote for him.
“I am calling on OSP (lawyer Kissi Agyebeng) the Special Prosecutor to either arrest or invite Kennedy Agyapong…The OSP should invite hon. Kennedy Agyapong who is a member of the NPP presidential aspirant”, she said.
She advised Hon Kennedy Agyapong to put a stop to the lies he has been telling on other.
