Ohene Ntow Is A “Pooh-pooh” Man… Only Show Up During Internal Contest To Create Confusion- Hon. Fati Abubakar

The deputy Information Minister, honorable Fatimatu Abubakar has taken on Nana Ohene Ntow for acting like a single purpose vehicle meant for only pooh-poohing every good thing done by the Akufo-Addo government.

“You go and hide and only remember to wake up when there is an internal election. When he shows up it is only to pooh-pooh and say the government has achieved nothing”, she said.

Acknowledging the respect she has for Nana Ohene Ntow, Fatimatu Abubakar stated that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) regards Ohene Ntow as a heavy weight and expect him to be objective about comments he makes about his own government.

“Ohene Ntow is former General Secretary of the party and in the scheme of NPP affairs; he is considered a heavy weight. His allegiance for Alan is not in question and he is even the campaign spokesperson for him”, she said on Movement TV which was monitored by Wontumionline.com.

The deputy Information Minister pointed out that “Hon. Alan has been at post as Trade Minister for almost 7 years. The 126 factories that were built under the 1d1f initiative were under his ministry and his achievements are also President Akufo-Addo’s achievements.

He writes what he has done and it is added to the statements the President reads. You (Ohene Ntow) follow him as his spokesperson, but not once have you spoken about something positive about this government. Can’t you pick your candidates sector and speak on it?”

She continued that “Tell us what Hon. Alan has achieved for us to make reference and vote for him. Let us know even if this government has failed when it comes to Trade. We have succeeded but you have never done so before. You go and hide and only remember to wake up when there is an internal election. When he shows up it is only to pooh-pooh and say the government has achieved nothing”.
