Private Legal Practitioner, Justice Abdullai has said that investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas cannot be forced to mount the witness box to face the former GFA Boss in court.
Lawyer Abdullai’s comment comes after the Supreme Court ordered Anas to appear in open court without his usual facemask to face Kwasi Nyatankyi.
Speaking on Wontumi TV Morning Show he said the defendant or prosecutor must appear in court with an open face.
He indicated if per this order by the apex court and Anas thinks his life would be in danger so therefore he can’t testify, then the government can plead with the court to bring a different person.
