NPP Primaries: 8 Aspirants cleared to contest in 3 orphan constituencies in Ashanti Region

 

The New Patriotic Party held their vetting process of the aspiring candidate in various orphan constituencies in the Ashanti Region chaired by their national treasurer Dr. Charles Dwamena(Dr. China) at the Vice President’s office at Asokwa in the Ashanti Region.

This vetting committee cleared all the 8 aspirants who submitted their forms at the office.

These orphan constituencies are Ejura, Sekyere Afram-Plains and Asawase with the total of 8 aspirants, and all were cleared without any rejection.

Dr. Charles Dwamena who spoke to the media after the vetting process explained to us the measures put in place to help promote peace ahead of the parliamentary election scheduled on the 2nd December 2023.

Also some candidates who were vetted today expressed their happiness for the free and fair vetting conducted by the committee.

They further voiced out their visions that the delegates must consider to vote for them to have the chance to contest for the parliamentary seat and help provide development for their constituency.
